"HE makes diviners mad..."

"And the diviners see lying visions And tell false dreams; They comfort in vain."

There are at least five shows about witchcraft on TV at this present time. Numerous movies have been released about dark powers, the dark kingdom etc. 'The Devils Due' was released a couple of months ago and the advertising was on the street physically and it was hair raising. Many were terrified and petrified. Does this mean we believe in the supernatural. From where do writers furnish their imagination? These ideas could not have been conjured up abstractly. If they were, why are we so intrigued and fascinated by this stuff (supernatural).

We invite aliens to visit us and then start a war when they decide to take over. Really? We mutate human cells in the lab and are shocked when they become monsters and destroy the very one who made them. We replace a human heart with computers and then crave compassion from a machine. We deny the existence of deity, but when there is a catastrophic disaster of incredible proportions, we call it an 'act of God'. Who???

J.K. Rowling became a household name and a billionaire with her creation of the Harry Potter series. Harry Potter is all about sorcery, witchcraft and wizardry. Actually, the biography of Harry Potter describes him as thus; Rescued from the outrageous neglect of his aunt and uncle, a young boy with a great destiny proves his worth while attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Now I have given you just snippets of the fact that from the age of six I was being heavily monitored and systematically cursed. Periodically controlled and manipulated by witchcraft. These came in the form of intense verbal, emotional and physical abuse. In fact, the underlying intent was to destroy and eradicate. And a host of people I met along the way were also in on the agenda. But hey presto! Here I (still) am. In my right mind too! But why? Since I was not banished to thin air (as many have unfortunately been), I guess I lived to tell.

Now most intellectuals struggle with the existence of spiritual or out worldly happenings. Events and situations that we can not see with the naked eye. But can they deny the effect? Such was my (scholar) daddy as he confessed in his maiden writing, until he had a special encounter that reminded him of an earlier commitment. Eventually an insidious, internal and heartless plot would kill him. I already know and have an answer to all these weird stuff, but I am just breaking it down Hollywood Style.

I often wondered why I was so vehemently, viciously and vindictively victimized incessantly. I mean why me again and again and again? Try someone else please? There were times when I felt I could distribute my problems evenly so everyone could bear along with the same magnitude. But that was not to be. Who gets picked on and why?

Now back to mainstream Harry for the answer and why he was the star of his show. Harry's biography tells us he had a great destiny. Interestingly, I heard that so much as a kid that I vowed that the next person to tell me that (amidst my pain and sorrow), might have to be bitten. Who knows that might have gotten me suspended for a minute and a show.

Now on a serious note, are we being told that having a great destiny precipitates calamity? How did J.K. Rowling know that? Could it have been drawn from her experiences? Are there stuff happening around us, that we are either unaware of or are choosing to deny and ignore? If at all it were possible to do so (ignore ie).

I can relate to Harry's beginnings. The pain, the lack and the rejection. While some were being cuddled to the point of being unable to cope with life, we learned earlier to survive the hard way. But there is one twist though and this is where I choose to differ and my life take a different turn. Harry was enrolled into the school of witchcraft and wizardry and he proved his worth and destiny as the story tells.

Now what if there was a power greater than the witches and wizards, but was still kept a secret? Would that not have been a more secure future? Well let me break it down like this; after all the hell the devil and his cohorts put me through aka demons, wizards, warlocks, witches and sorcerers (did I leave anything out?). I do not want a power like theirs. I want a power greater than theirs. I want a Power that can trample them under my feet. I want a Power that makes them tremble. I want a Power that would make them sorry they ever messed with me!!!

So I enrolled in some school alright. The opposing Kingdom's school. Opposing does not mean even. One actually trumps the other. So now I am sending 'foxes and fire' into them covens. How will that make for a billion dollar blockbuster franchise?

Three precious readers, wrote to ask about my previous blog (The declaration of Independence). Their question? What was my Captain laughing at? Answer: He was laughing at the nerve of the witches and sorcerers to rage and attempt an attack on me.

I am feeling so loved right now!
