Phewwww.... What a week it has been and it's only Tuesday! I am literally exhausted, flabbergasted and almost busted for telling this story. Well before I go on, have you guys heard? I mean the real story. Not the press curated, seasoned and trimmed version. You see, the press may be scared of that woman Made, but not I. They think she might whoop them with that luggage/handbag/pocketbook of hers.
So they all act and pretend, like nothing went down yesterday. As if it was all calm, collected and with a touch of upperclass. While presumably being laced with a large portion of bourgeois-rism. Mmmhmmm....Not!!! Even in an imaginary world, would that have been possible?🤫 So there we were, having church at the funeral (video included). Hoping and waiting for a miracle. When some rustling and commotion, was heard.... It turns out, that Tyler Perry had crashed the gathering or party or group of mourners or whatever you would choose to call us. And subsequently, stormed the stage.😲 Dude had no invitation and definitely no voice, to be interrupting a worship service like that. After a few squirmish activities, on stage.... He the intruder, launches into this very exhaustive and long winded explanation.😔 He told us, that he just got back from the Oscars and Madea had cleared/won every award possible. And now he was in NYC, to audition for the movie 'Schindler's List'.... Hasn't that movie been made already? 🤔 Anyway, while I am sitting there, wondering what bro was still doing, up on stage. I hear him say; 'little red riding-hood', invited him to the theatre/funeral. This comment, causes the woman sitting on my left, (who happened to be wearing red shoes and a red blouse). To jump up, retrieve her bag and coat and then head to the back of the theatre. Her reason; more close-up pictures. 🤨 Now moving on.... And back to the invader of funerals. (Like the NYC transit system, sometimes you go up, to come down) 🤷After much cajoling, to exit stage left. So that we normal citizens, can commence with viewing this beautiful feature. Tyler Perry (still blocking my view), claims he was there when the movie was filmed.
Yeah right and I arrived by helicopter, with the three little pigs.🙄 Without further ado and having exhausted all avenues of understanding and negotiation. We called the cops. And one of them was pretty mad.... But that's another story, for another day. So ladies and gentlemen, do check out 'A MADEA Family Funeral'. It was hilarious. And like all TP's work, has some life nuggets. Which we all do well, to mull over.
